By speaking with health care professionals and experiencing walk-in clinics ourselves, our team came to the conclusion that there had to be a way to lessen the hassle of long waiting times.

We observed waits lasting several hours with little information provided to the patients. Clinic staff was also hampered in their work by patients repeatedly asking for their expected wait time. This resulted in frustration and patients leaving, to the detriment of all involved.

With that in mind, eNo was developed to benefit both the clinic and the patients while also ensuring complete privacy.

eNo was developed by Luna Radiance, an experienced local IT company that has been providing IT integrated solutions for over a decade in Ottawa/Gatineau area with complete customer satisfaction!
